From its formation in 2001, Limen Construction Limited has operated primarily in three areas within the industry.

As Principal Contractor (Main) on Projects up to £2.5million

As a fixed Term Contractor and Measured Term Contractor for Government Ministries

As a Contractor providing Planned and Re-active Maintenance services

Main Contract Projects include:

New build Residential and Industrial Building projects for a number of private Clients.

Refurbishment/conversion/alteration projects to Government assets and listed buildings.

Within the Fixed Term Contracts for the Ministry of Defence and Measured Term Contracts for the NHS, we have delivered both new build, refurbishment and Heritage projects up to £250,000. The value of these term contracts has equated to over £2.5million per annum.

Planned and reactive maintenance services are provided by a dedicated management and operational team and cover the south-east region.
