Limen Construction aims to provide a complete range of construction related services and as such we have identified that we can bring added value to the business by offering a consultancy service

Examples of our consultancy service are:

Lecturing
Providing lectures at Mid Kent College for the Construction and Civil Engineering Department. We are also closely involved with the Colleges CIOB programme of courses including the First Line Supervisors, Site Managers certificate and diploma and Direct Members Examination.

Limen Construction is also a partner with the College in the delivery of their Construction Foundation Degree programme, whereby we commit to provide ongoing structured training and industry exposure to future Construction Professionals

External Training in partnership with Business Class
Delivering training programmes such as the CIOB DMX programme direct to employers

Quantity Surveying
Providing a full range of Quantity Surveying services to clients, contractors and subcontractors including cost planning and management, value engineering, the final accounts and dispute resolution

Project Management
To undertake the role of the Project Manager where our purpose is to add significant value to the process of delivering construction projects. We consider this is achieved by the systematic application of a set of generic project orientated management principles throughout the life of the project.

Design
Undertaking feasibility studies, buildability analysis, planning and building control applications for approval, drafting work and production of as built drawings.
