Lee
Johnson ACIOB
Contracts Manager
Lee
started his construction career in 1972 when he enrolled as a trainee
plumber and studied part time for a City and Guilds Certificate. By
1989 Lee had moved up to the role of Site Manager, as well as achieving
various accreditations for successfully completed health and safety
courses. Lee then went on to become a contracts manager, before achieving
a role as production manager. The range of works that Lee managed
varied from refurbishments at the Historic Dockyard in Chatham to
restoration work at the Ravelin Museum in Brompton.
Wanting
to further his belief in a Quality Management System as the basis
for a successful company, Lee joined Limen at its start in 2001. His
focus on client needs along with the refusal to accept anything but
the best allowed him to easily understand what the rest of the Limen
team were looking to do.
