Contracts Manager

Paul was born into the construction trade and upon completing his education joined his father's building company as a partner. From 1985-1995 he worked on various projects, specialising in high specification refurbishment and foundation work. In 1995 Paul put the family company to the side and stepped into a Contracts Supervisors role with a large Kent contractor, and by 1996 became a Contracts Manager. This role saw him overseeing bank refurbishments, new build extensions to the A&E department at a Surrey hospital and new builds in Sevenoaks.

Paul joined Limen at its conception with the want to create a client focused, quality driven company. Paul had worked previously with Graham and knew that he would be working with like-minded people.

As well as being obsessed with construction and refurbishment, Paul likes to spend his spare time stripping out and rebuilding classic motor cars and trucks. His passion can be seen through his professional and private activities, and whilst being fully capable of managing a team on site, Paul likes nothing better than to get down to some quality work himself.
